My ancient and overworked heat pump and air handler failed in February and Jason came out quickly and found that my old rig wasn't salvageable. He left us with a couple of space heaters until we could decide what to do. We keep our house pretty cool in the winter so we held off while Jason worked up some solutions. We knew that we wouldn't be happy campers without air conditioning so we had the job done in the middle of May. Jason did a great job of coordinating the PUD package and financing and the install was quick and clean. We got the acid test the weekend of June 24th when outside temps were in the mid 90's. The rig was quiet and the house stayed at 75 and 70 at night. I haven't received an electric bill yet but by looking at the meter it's not turning anywhere as fast as it did last year. I'd recommend them highly.
**update** 9/29/20
We had a problem, a burned out transformer if I recall correctly, so we called them. The parts were under warranty but after 90 minutes of work we got a bill for $450. Much of that 90 minutes was the result of something the tech did that compounded the problem. Nordstrom did reduce the bill to $350 but still, I know a Ferrari mechanic that doesn't charge anywhere close to those rates.

First time home owner and we've been in our house for 3 years. Our heating unit stopped working this morning the temperature was 30 degrees! Panic Mode set it. I called several different companies and all were booked for same day service. I spoke with Debbie and she scheduled me for next day but said she'd try to get a tech out same day if their schedule allowed. We got a call from Dean C. who said he'd be able to come out same day. Dean was very transparent in his work. I was inclined to just let him do his thing but he suggested that I watch the work he was doing so I could be informed. I won't bore you with the specifics, but I feel more informed about how to read the LED light codes and help trouble shoot if I need to call them back out. Dean also proactively shared with me annual service recommendations. I was confident in the information he shared and his professionalism. I would definitely recommend Nordstrom Heating & Air to my family, friends, and neighbors.

Nordstrom Heating and Air replaced our Old and dying furnace and our old AC unit Feb. 4th. West and Aaron were very nice, on time and did their work in a timely manner. Got to give a SHOUT out to Jason the owner to have come over to see how things went and we are very please with the work that they did. I would really recommend Nordstrom Heating and Air to do the replacement of a furnace and/or AC unit or heat pump. Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

Great company and people! They are responsive and easy to work/communicate with. Very professional, informative, and timely. We had work done at our skilled nursing facility and they were attentive to all the policies and procedures/infection control practices/etc. Highly recommend!!!

Dean Clark, Service Tech., provided excellent service to my two furnaces. Very thorough in his evaluation, as it had been three years since his last service visit. He left the furnace, and surrounding areas in good order. He is also very polite and courteous! Kudos!
