“Although I did not use Nordstrom Heating for my AC installation, I would highly recommend them. Brad came out to my house, but unfortunately, he decided not to provide me with a quote for an installation of a new AC unit. I commend Brad for his honesty. Two years ago, I had a new Carrier furnace installed (by another company) with evaporator coil, knowing that I eventually wanted AC.
Because Nordstrom heating is an American Standard distributor, Brad recommended that I install a Carrier/Bryant AC unit to avoid unnecessary cost. Installing a different brand would mean that they would have to pull out my existing coil. Brad handed me his business card and offered to answer any future questions or needed a resource to contact him. A few weeks have gone by and I have collected four other quotes. I had a tough time deciding between installing an AC unit or heat pump. I reached out to Brad via email with my questions and quotes from the other company. He called me back later that evening and assisted me in deciding which unit was best for my needs. It’s definitely refreshing to come across someone who looks out for the best interest of the customer instead of just getting the sale.”
